Keep in mind that it will usually only display warrants for failing to appear in Court. It is not an all inclusive listing of active warrants. Out of state warrants, Federal warrants and warrants resulting from active law enforcement investigations will not appear in this search.
If the search uncovers a warrant or you suspect that you have an outstanding criminal arrest warrant, call the Criminal Defense Offices of Carlos M. Fleites, P.A. immediately and we will advise you on what to do next.
If you do have a warrant it is imperative that you act immediately. We can file a Motion to Set Aside the Warrant and if granted will avoid your having to be arrested and having to post a bond. Do not risk being arrested at work or in front of your family!
